I was charged with an OVI back in December of 2022 after wrecking my vehicle and refusing a breathalyzer. This was definitely the scariest time in my life as I am a health professional so this also threatened my career. Ultimately we went to trial and he won it just as he said, I was found NOT GUILTY and my nightmare was finally over.
