I agree with my colleagues. It is likely that there was a charge. As indicated it likely was in Municipal Court.
I have a warrant for fta on a pv hearing its a misdemeanor 1 i have a bond its 157 through bondsman if i turn myself in will i ?

It is within the authority of the program. I have seen it done and not in cases.

The lawyer will not turn him in. The lawyer will assist him in addressing the warrant and the underlying matter.

Hire a good attorney and have him/her assist you. It is not clear whether you have done a trial, entered a plea etc. If you have been found guilty...
