They could very well effect the ability to get Diversion. Talk with your lawyer about next steps or hire a good lawyer to assist you.

My colleagues are correct. Your attorney should be able to get that amount as part of his/her Discovery Motion.

Jails often have notaries who can assist with problems like this. Speak with them. If the jail does not assist you, you may need to enlist the help...

The Clerk of Courts can tell you your status. If you have a warrant, hire a good attorney to address the warrant.
