Robert Benjamin Acciani

Robert Acciani represented me as an intern and he eventually sat as co-counsel in my very complex personal injury “Premises Liability” case in Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Civil Division. Early on in the litigation process which lasted almost 6-years, Robert worked tirelessly assisting the ...other Attorneys, Paralegals, and Law Clerks that were working on my case. After Robert completed law school and passed the Ohio Bar he continued to work along side others in the firm to seek justice in my case leaving no stone unturned. My case eventually went to trial and Robert sat as cocounsel along side Henry Acciani one of the principle partners in the firm. Even though Robert is/was a young Attorney he came across as a seasoned professional who demonstrated a personal interest in his field and the crux of my case. During the trial process Robert Acciani’s demeanor seemed flawless and he was genuinely concerned with seeking a just resolution to my case. At no time during this long arduous process did Robert make any promises or lead my mind astray. Robert explained things every step of the way so that I could understand and he was very empathetic to my situation. Even though the Jury found that the Defendants were negligent, they did not believe the Defendants’ negligence was a direct or proximate cause of my injuries under Ohio Law with the evidence presented so the they reluctantly ruled in favor of the Defendants. I would not wish the Civil Trial experience on anyone. These Civil rules are put in place to protect us all and Robert Acciani has a very good understanding of these rules/laws and fights to see that they are upheld. If you are faced with a situation where you need an Attorney see that you hire a specialist in the area of Law specific to your claim that practices in the State/County where said incident occurred. Absolutely DO NOT hire an Attorney that may practice in multiple areas because it has been my experience they have less success winning cases. During my time working with O’Connor, Acciani, and Levy and specifically Robert I was treated like a member of the team and I highly recommend Robert Acciani.
