Biography
Thank you for your interest. I am the Chief Counsel for Civil Litigation at the City of Cincinnati. I have represented police officers, firefighters, and other city employees primarily in civil rights lawsuits for the past twelve years. I have also handled a variety of other civil matters, from alleged breaches of contract to automobile accidents to eminent domain proceedings.
