L2 and EAD valid till 2013, but visa expiring in 2012 and employer of L1 is not filing the extension.

Your status and your work permit depend on your husband L-1 status. if your spouse is no longer on L-1 you are no longer on L-2 status and...

You may be eligible for relief from the Immigration Judge, but the drug case will make it very difficult
