I had a drug paraphernalia charge and pled no contest i wasn't convicted is it still possible i could still get citizenship ?

Pleading no contest is a conviction in the eyes of USCIS, and drug charges can subject you to mandatory detention. I would hire a lawyer ASAP and...

You can file, but you will need to leave the country if your status is approved as yo L expires before 10/1
