When arrested for drug possesion and green card expires in less then a year, is there any chance you can still stay in US ?

What was the drug? How much do you have? Were you convicted or is it still pending? I would hire a lawyer ASAP

It may be too late, but there are many places that provide free legal services such as legal aid and catholic charities to nam ea few

You can qualify based on your income. She can still and must file I-864 , but you file I-864a

It can not be -reinstated, you would have to re0file. You are allowed 6 years on your h and L combined, unless you have a green card pending for...
