I am an immigration attorney focusing on employment based petitions. I mainly represent IT/engineering staffing and manufacturing companies filing H-1B petitions on behalf of their employees and help their employees get on the path to a Green Card (PERM, I-140, I-485).
I have also done a lot of work with companies with multi-national offices wishing to file petitions for their Executives and Managers (L-1A) and Specialized Knowledge employees (L-1B).
