Biography
After defending pharmaceutical companies for 13 years, I changed sides and started prosecuting cases against pharmaceutical manufacturers for a large plaintiffs' firm in Texas. Now, I am back home with my own Cincinnati-based law firm representing individuals who have been hurt by pharmaceuticals. I'm also working other cases where medical or pharmaceutical concepts are at issue, including auto accidents with serious injuries and cases involving children injured by children's products.
My pharmaceutical and children's toys practice is national. I have clients in more than 40 states. My practice involving auto accidents or other severe injuries is limited to Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia. I hold a license to practice law in all four states.
