If you're thinking about hiring Edwin for your case, read this carefully and be prepared. My experience with Edwin L Vardiman has been that he's a great a salesman but not so much of a good lawyer. He gives a free one-hour session where he gives you all his energy and focus to solve your problem, a...nd that's all to persuade you to hire him. That first session was about the last helpful conversion I had with him. Once I hired him and paid the couple thousands dollars retainer fee, it was always chasing him and not being able to get a hold of him or talk to him because he was "too busy". Still he was very on-time with sending a bill for several thousands dollars every month. Not sure what I was paying for, but I was definitely not getting anything out of it. I sent him documents that were needed for the process, he did not review and use them for the calculations needed to settle the case, yet he charged a fee for every single document. I had to send out multiple emails and push him very hard to get any tiny bit of help and answer to my questions. And when I got answers, they lacked specific details I was asking for and were not helpful. My other observation was that, he tends to make the case more complicated than it actually is so he can continue to bill. Overall, it was a rip off!! (I'm posting this review under a different name so I can stay anonymous while helping other not incur the loss I did)
