Barry Allen Spaeth

Barry Spaeth is a partner at Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker practicing in the areas of divorce, custody, construction, real estate, estate planning, and small business representation. Barry represents clients in Hamilton, Warren, Butler, and Clermont Counties.

Barry’s goal in any case is to achieve a desirable result for his client while keeping the level of conflict to a minimum. Most cases are difficult enough for the parties without the attorneys making the situation even worse. However, if settlement isn’t possible, then Barry can bring his extensive litigation experience to bear to pursue a favorable outcome for the client through the courts.

Barry grew up in Mason, Ohio, and is a lifelong resident of southwestern Ohio. He is a graduate of Westminster College in Pennsylvania and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He has taught English at Xavier University and, as a young graduate assistant, at the University of Dayton.
