Andrew R. Berger

Andy's practice is concentrated in corporate, real estate, health care and finance law. Andy handles a variety of matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate, financing transactions and business organization and succession planning.

He also represents a number of health care providers in such areas as sales of physician practices to hospitals, establishment of ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and other ancillary service providers, managed care contracting, and regulatory compliance.

Andy is listed in Woodward/White's Best Lawyers in America® and has been recognized multiple times by Law & Politics Media, Inc., as an Ohio Super Lawyer®.

Active in a number of community organizations, Andy is a member of the Board of Governors of Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion, serves as a member of its Executive Committee and chairs its Audit Committee and New Way Forward Implementation Task Force. Andy is also President-Elect of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, in addition to being a member of its Board of Trustees and Executive Committee. Andy is a Past President of the Isaac M. Wise Temple and formerly served on the Board of Hillel at the University of Cincinnati.

Andy enjoys golf, tennis, playing guitar in a band, and travel.
