She also argues the district court erred in determining Husband's net income for the purposes of calculating child support for the parties' two minor children. The City of Jackson, Wyoming filed an ex parte petition for temporary restraining order (TRO) past 4 pm on a Friday night barring members of Operation Save America (OSA) from attending an event entitle ... d "Elk Fest" the next day, a Saturday. The District Court granted the Petition and issued a TRO without any prior notice to OSA. OSA appealed to the Wyoming Supreme Court. The Court reversed the District Court finding that OSA was entitled to notice of the petition for TRO, the City of Jackson failed to make the proper showing that OSA was not entitled to notice and that the TRO was an unconstitutional abridgment of OSA's free speech rights.
