In the federal district court in Casper, Wyoming This case gained significant coverage in the Evanston newspaper. The specialty in this case was civil litigation. Claims and cross-claims were made agai ... nst my client for his transfer of a liquor license in which the plaintiff asserted ownership. There were eight depositions taken in two states and over a 1000 pages of records. After two of the defendants threw in the towel by settling, my client went on to win, without a trial, by obtaining an order granting him summary judgment on all claims against him. The case concluded in 2014. I represented my client pro bono over a period of two years.
