OUTCOME: Trial - Win

I co-headed an insurance fraud case with Norton T. Gappy, PC which should have been straight forward and quick... but sometimes that isn't the case. Defendant, AAA, would not let up, and the case w ... ent to trial after 3 1/2 years. The defense should have settled because we turned their "easy win" into a nightmare at trial. After a month of deliberation, the judge ruled in our favor.
