Mr. Wallace collected money up front not to mention charging almost twice as much as other attorneys. Refund? Is that word out of the dictionary? Made no return phone calls, didn't keep me informed, allowed motions to be filed without a rebuttle, simply put....didn't do what he was paid to do. If a ...Medical person misdiagnosis, mistreats, or misrepresents theirself, there is a recourse. If an attorney does it, one is simply left with finding another attorney. No wonder society doesn't trust, the justice system doesn't make attorneys accountable enough for what they don't do.
