The 28 year old client was arrested by ICE early one morning at her parent's home and put in removal proceedings in Immigration Court. She had two convictions for theft of an automobile and credit car ... d fraud from ten years earlier when she was 19 years old. I worked with an amazing Post Conviction Attorney who used Corum Nobis to overturned the criminal convictions in Howard County Circuit Court. I then requested that the Immigration Judge terminate the removal proceedings and the client was allowed to remain in the U.S. with her family.
