Biography
Vivian is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Vivian is a life-long Bearcat, as she also completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Cincinnati.
Vivian is a graduate of Bethel-Tate High School and has been mentored by Tresa Gossett for nearly four years; Vivian was also a Law Clerk for Gossett & Associates from January 2018 through April 2019.
While at UC’s College of Law, Vivian completed a Fellowship for the Ohio Innocence Project, which is a nonprofit that works to free the wrongfully convicted. She was also a Law Clerk for Summe & Summe, P.S.C. in Covington where she assisted in Personal Injury and Criminal Defense cases.

Review
Vivian was the first lawyer I ever had to hire, but we had a great experience. She answered all of our questions, and really did a great job with our case. We hired her for a custody suit which was a little different than the regular custody suits because it involved to minors for parents.
