Client was stopped for weaving while driving north on I-71 out of Cincinnati. She allegedly had bloodshot, glassy eyes, and did poorly on the SFST's (standardized field sobriety tests). She was arres ... ted and taken to the station where she blew a .166 after two invalid samples. After a bench trial, this client was found not guilty of being impaired (4511.19 A1a) and not guilty of the per se charge (4511.19A1d) for having a breath test over 0.08. The judge also found this client not guilty of the marked lanes violation too.
