Loveleen Kaur Bajwa

I hired Loveleen for two cases. She took her entire fees in advance, including a Cashier's check for court filing fees and it's been over 2 years and she has not done a thing. Won't return calls, and let alone returning the money, she won't even return the original documents I handed her. Aside f...rom the family case, she also claims she's an immigration lawyer. She has no clue about immigration issues. Even 1 Star is one too many.. too bad there is no option for 0 or Negative stars. Stay away from this crook. She is a disgrace to the law profession.

I was referred to Loveleen by another attorney that had represented me in small business matters in the past. This time, it was serious, and I had been charged in federal court for several offenses, none of which I wish to name here. Loveleen believed me when I told her that I did not commit al...l of the offenses that I was charged with. I, however, admit that I was guilty of some of the charges. I was facing roughly 40 years in federal prison. Loveleen worked with the A.U.S.A., probation, and the court for months until she reached a plea deal that was more than generous, or at least better than I expected. I spent just a few months in prison, then house arrest, and now I'm on supervised release. This attorney really did a good job for me. I don't really have anything negative to say about her except that she looks a lot better than her picture on her website and she is expensive. But, the people that go to her, shouldn't expect to get a discount. When your life is in her hands, she is worth the thousands you pay her. Love, love, love this attorney. I would recommend to anyone in trouble.
