The magistrate called it the most thorough and complete agreement that she had seen. Additionally, after the divorce there was on piece that my ex still had to sign. She was refusing out of spite. It was going to require me to take her back for "contempt of court." But Kristine had the foresight to include a clause that if the ex refused to sign we could complete the transfer without her signature. This saved me a great deal of time and money. I could not have been better represented. Also her billing practices were very fair. I've hired attorneys in the past and there is always a question about billable hours spent. This was never a question with Kristine. I saved thousands of dollars from what other attorneys I consulted with expected to bill me.
