Biography
Since 1995, I have concentrated my practice on immigrants and their legal needs. Dealing with the Immigration Service, Immigration Court, State Department, and Appeals Courts,and all of the laws and regulations can feel like being lost in a maze. I aim to be your guide through that maze. Whether it is with the local Immigration Office, or with a deportation/removal case before the Immigration Court, on an Appeal, or trying to bring loved ones to the United States, a guide is important.
In addition to immigration cases and appeals, I have extensive experience with criminal cases.
I am married since 1990 and have three teenagers. I also serve as a part time minister at a local Methodist church.
