Andrew Luca Paternostro

A. Luca Paternostro is a driven advocate who brings a disciplined, results-focused approach to every case. A West Virginia native, he began his legal career there before joining Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima.
Luca earned his undergraduate degree from Xavier University and his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. In law school, he represented disabled veterans in the Veterans Law Clinic, handling disability claims and litigation, and held leadership roles focused on advocacy and dispute resolution.
Early in his career, Luca gained hands-on courtroom experience representing injury victims and serving as court-appointed counsel. He builds cases methodically, puts clients first, and takes an aggressive approach to holding the opposition accountable.
