In 2017, Michael Severe of Tampa Law Group, PA prepared a will for a fully alert cancer patient. Several days later he sadly passed away. The widow approached Mr. Severe to probate the estate. The vali ... dity of the will was contested by another beneficiary. After nearly 2 years of extremely aggressive litigation on behalf of the beneficiary, the case was settled at mediation. Mr. Severe prepared and presented to the opposing party all the necessary case law to prove they had no case and the Beneficiary was forced to completely withdraw their claim and allow Mr. Severe to fulfill the last wishes of the client.
