Professional, Dependable Attorney

Rebecca is definitely one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have ever worked with. When I chose my divorce attorney, I wanted someone who understood my concerns and would help me make the best decisions for myself and for my child. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was well informed..., all paperwork was accurate and that I was getting what I wanted from my divorce. I would definitely recommend Rebecca for all of your legal needs.

Post Divorce Spousal Support in Clermont County

Rebecca handled my post-divorce issues to counteract a vicious ex-wife in a contentious divorce aftermath. I've engaged several attorney's prior to Rebecca and pretty much considered most litigators to be scum-sucking money grubbing pond scum until meeting her and Eliot Bastian. Those two have rene...wed my faith; some attorneys actually care about right and wrong, fair and unfair, and are honest with their fees. My previous experience was that attorneys simply just don't give a - - - - about anything but money, fan the flames of conflict to maximize their billable hours and behind the scenes communications with the opposing attorney (then lunch with them) . . . while both profit until their clients run their kid's college funds dry. Rebecca was opposite of that; winnowed out the facts, and collaborated with me to draft the best possible presentation of facts and supporting evidence to eliminate the nearly $4K in support that I'm forced to pay my ex spouse of 27 years over two years now, who cheated, filed for divorce, cohabitated with her HS boyfriend in the house he purchased for her, yet STILL was awarded spousal support despite her paramour purchasing a house for her even prior to the divorce, and while I fund the adulterous couple!!! Despite an absolutely airtight and compelling case, with reams of evidence and proof of engagement, it is sad to say the un-named female Magistrate who's initials are PG still "errantly" ruled unfavorably . . . so it's on appeal in the 12th district. Rebecca and I collaboratively wrote a compelling and well-crafted appeal, and now await the results in what I hope to be a more objective preponderance versus the blatantly gender-biased Clermont County Domestic Court. The case could not have been argued better by Rebecca in C-County. Until meeting Rebecca, I experienced a totally apathetic response from most other attorneys regarding the matter, and/or a defeatist mentality . . . because I'm male . . . And males lose by default in Domestic Courts, unfortunately a fact I did not (truly) believe until I experienced it first hand. But we are still fighting . . . and at least my costs to fight are reasonable and I "get my day in court". Bottom line, Rebecca is energetic, thorough, articulate in court, fights fair, and is family oriented. I recommend her highly, and that's saying something because (tempered by much unwitting experience), I don't automatically have much regard for the legal profession. William D. Fox
