Biography
Damon graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Cum Laude and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He began working for the Pater Law Firm in 2000 and became an associate in 2001. He was later named a partner in 2011.
Mr. Halverson is certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police in DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
He is a member and trustee of the Butler County Bar Association, member of the Ohio State Bar Association, as well as the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Has been very helpful in getting the job done. Actually listens to his client. Has a wonderful personality which makes him very approachable. Has dealt with a family members issues and is compassionate and understanding.
