Property was held in a RLT, at the death of a beneficiary the lender gave two extensions while the remaining beneficiaries subdivided the property to sell off two parcels to pay off the mortgage. The ... lender started foreclosure proceeding and I was able to get a hold on the foreclosure due to the language in the mortgage and note.
