Client was charged with Simple Battery against his spouse who later stated at the bond hearing that the information in the police report was wrong due to a language barrier. The State still did not wa ... nt to drop the case even though they were given the contradicting information. However, the day of trial, the State realized the weaknesses in their case and dismissed it.
