Clients asked me to review a Trust that was prepared by an acquaintance in another state. They had not yet signed the documents and wanted to be confident that everything was in order. Unfortunately, ... the Trust was horribly drafted and was not even close to carrying out their wishes. In addition to that, there were numerous ambiguities that could have resulted in future litigation, draining a large portion of their lifetime savings. I was able to draft an appropriate Trust that was clear, to the point, and in line with their wishes.
