My client had an old prior divorce decree that said he couldn't see his kids at all. For years, he raised his children and was a good dad-just had some rough times when the divorce decree was entered. ... Nearly 9 years later, the mom tried to extort money from the dad by using the old prior divorce decree to prevent him from seeing his kids. After a hearing, the judge found mom was committing irreparable harm to the children and they were immediately reunited with their dad.
