OUTCOME: Appellate Court reversed trial court in favor of my client.

A small Philadelphia based business was promised payment by owners of marketing/promotions company for made-to-order product. When it was not paid, I was able to prove to the Court that owners could no ... t hide behind corporate structure to avoid payment of money they rightfully owed. It took three years, an appeal and argument to the Superior Court to finally prove that the local company should be paid.
