We had to pay 300 for consultation then 5000$ after not speaking to anyone for over a month we finally called in and they forgot our case! Who does that? The cleo website they use didn’t even have our correct email after we wrote it down! No call backs we called several times the attorney never call...ed us back now it’s been several weeks after we had to go to court house and track down our own paperwork the attorney constantly lied to us saying paperwork wasn’t in or they couldn’t find person to serve them they were waiting for court house blah blah blah. We are also filing a grievance against her with the Ohio attorney magistrate board. They are trash would not give her a dime! Still waiting on refund after weeks of being withdrawn from our case and it better be substantial because we had to to do all the work. I will be filing complaints and reviewing this business everywhere I can and with everyone I come into contact with

Absolutely horrible! If I could rate her lower then a 1 star then I would. I retained her for 1,500$ for my child custody case. She done absolutely nothing for me. She even showed up 25minutes late for a court hearing, with no good explanation. She is all about getting your money and charging you the... highest price and doing as little work as possible. The communicatin with her is extremely difficult because she never answers her calls or if you leave a message for her, she never responds back. Do not waste your time or money with this so called attorney.

She was always confident and professional in court and was very capable in presenting our case to the judge, gathering evidence, questioning witnesses and working with court officials to ensure that our interests were protected at all times. She was always proactive and very detail minded. She was also very compassionate. We always felt like we were well cared for. She is a great communicator and always kept us informed, even with the busy life of an attorney! If you want effective, honest and knowledgeable Family / Custody Law representation, stop looking and hire Kristin. She won’t always tell you what you want to hear, but she will always tell you what you need to hear. Listen to her and let her do her job. She does it very well. If you have a situation where the lawyer can make the difference - she's the one you want.
