Lane-Sharing Motorcyclist Runs Yellow Light

Client attempted to speed through a light-controlled intersection in a residential area. He was riding in between the right turn lane and the one lane to go straight. A car was stopped in the lane to g ... o straight. When the light turned yellow, he sped up to go through the intersection. A car attempted to make a left turn in front of him because they did not see him. The car and the motorcycle collided and caused client to suffer a serious leg injury (not an amputation).
