OUTCOME: Cient is out of jail

Another attorney had advised client to take a plea of 8 years to serve in prison. A doctor friend called to ask wether an attorney would need his records if he were going to attempt an incopetency defe ... nse. Iwill never comment on another attorney's case and said so. The client and the parents would have to fire attorney and hire me before I could evaluate the case. This they did. After evaluating case I filed motion for incompotent to stand trial and the records proved it out. Motion granted.
