Client was charged with Leaving the Scene, Driving Under the Influence, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. We discovered that he was denied his right to an attorney. A suppression was filed. Aft ... er a hearing, the judge decided that much of the DUI and Refusal evidence were illegal. We used this to negotiate the best possible outcome for our client.
