A native of Alliance, Ohio, Randy served as the firm’s managing partner for 24 years and has been instrumental for the firm’s steady growth. Randy’s practice is concentrated in various business fields, including mergers and acquisitions, closely held corporations, commercial real estate and health care law. He is a frequent lecturer on such topics as business succession planning, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
