I am a sole practitioner located in Canton, Ohio practicing in the Northern District of Ohio Bankruptcy Courts. I have practiced in the business reorganization both through chapter 11 bankruptcy and out of court restructuring area for over 24 years. I have restructurured individual's finances through chapter 11 bankruptcy and out of court as well. I have been a chapter 7 panel trustee since 2003. I am a frequent speaker at the annual White Williams Bankruptcy Seminar sponsored by the Stark County and Summit County Bar Associations and have spoken on individual restructurings for the Cleveland and Columbus Bar Associations. My practice includes debtor and creditor representations in bankruptcy cases.
