Todd Stephen Bundy

Todd S. Bundy’s practice includes the representation of publicly traded companies as well as privately-held businesses on a broad range of legal areas including mergers and acquisitions, securities, contracts, tax, succession planning and other commercial matters.

With the passage of Sarbanes-Oxley, Todd has counseled corporations, executive officers and clients on several compliance issues, including executive compensation, the creation of internal controls and providing advice to audit committees as independent counsel. In addition, he continues to be involved in commercial litigation, representing various clients involved in contract disputes, employment matters and insurance coverage disputes.

Todd is licensed to appear before all federal and state courts in the state of Ohio and the U.S. Tax Court. He is recognized by his peers as one of the preeminent lawyers in his field, having received an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell* and for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© from 2008 to 2021. In addition, he has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer from 2012 through 2019.

Community Involvement:

Active in the community, Todd serves as chairperson of the Corporate Law Committee of the Stark County Bar Association and is on the Advisory Board for the Canton-Youngstown region of The Huntington National Bank. He is a member of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce and an officer and board member of North Canton Medical Foundation. He often speaks on business law topics in the community. Todd formerly coached tennis at St. Thomas Aquinas High School for several years.
