NEVER USE THIS WOMAN EVERRRRRR
First of all I heard her on the radio also and liked her very much. Big big mistake. She IS AWFUL AND NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS JUST AWFUL. Replied last September 27, 2019Calling my firm and seeking fee legal advise does NOT make you a client of my firm. You MUST make an appointment, come in, discuss case and Attorney Schafer must accept you as a client and you must pay her. Asking for free advise of any professional like your doctor, accountqant or your lawyer does not make you a client. When you refuse to make an appointment and come in you will not receive a call from anyone in my firm. You must pay the professional before you can say you hired her.

Replied last September 27, 2019When representing an Executor or Trustee, only the Executor or Trustee is a client of the firm. Ethics do not allow an attorney to talk to beneficiaries. They must hire their own attorney if they wish to be represented. Very discouraging that beneficiaries can not read the notice sent to them by the Executor or Trustee at the onset of the case.
