Moriah Schmidt

Moriah Schmidt is an associate attorney at the White Law Office, Co. where she serves as a general practitioner with a focus on transactional law, including real estate, estate planning and elder law, and non-profit law. She grew up in Holmes County, actively involved in 4-H and in her community, and took part in several missions trips. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Thomas Edison State University.
Moriah graduated cum laude from Regent University School of Law in 2018 and received the faculty-voted Outstanding Graduate award. Some of her most memorable experiences at Regent Law came from working with the Center for Global Justice, researching issues in human rights law and spending a summer in Uganda. She also served as a managing editor on Regent Law Review, published an article on the Flint drinking water crisis, and competed as a brief writer with Regent’s Appellate Advocacy team. During her second summer of law school, she encountered the family that is the White Law Office back in her home territory, joining the team as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney after passing the July 2018 bar exam.
Moriah enjoys traveling, running the hills and valleys of Holmes County, and spending time with her adorable nephews.
