Plaintiff was deprived of several properties when deeds to her properties were forged and her properties wrongfully conveyed, by the wrongdoer, to innocent buyers and investors. I was Plaintiff's couns ... el. The investors fought to maintain title because they paid purchase money. In the end, the Court held that forgery defeats the "Bona Fide Purchaser" defense which is codified under NRS 111 (estates in property). Plaintiff received justice. Plaintiff believes the wrongdoer is in Mexico. Case #A-14-702081-C (Eighth Judicial District Court, Nevada).
