OUTCOME: Court agreed that the Code requires actual reception. Client had been off work since before the check was put in his box.

Trustee alleged that case should be dismissed for lack of pay stub. Usually, a missing paystub is fatal to a Chapter 13. I argued that client had not yet received the paystub even though it was placed ... in his in box at work.
