I represent Dr. Hildreth who was charged with 6 felony counts with multiple alleged victims. I filed a Motion to Sever the charges which was denied and the case proceeded to a jury trial in the Four ... th Judicial District Court where I served as defense counsel. Dr. Hildreth was acquitted on 4 counts and found guilty on 2 felony counts. I appealed to the Utah Court of Appeals and the trial was overturned. Hildreth was released from prison.
