Through the depositions of the property owner and property manager, RAM Law established that the defendant either knew or should have known that ice would form in that area but failed to properly inspect and treat the area with an ice melt solution. The case was filed by RAM associate Tyler Hall in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Somerset County. The case settled following a non-binding arbitration and months before trial was scheduled.
