Biography
I started with a general commercial law practice and gravitated to the bankruptcy area after several years of general commercial and collection work. My entry into bankruptcy was representing local bank clients on secured loans in cases filed by borrowers. I was first appointed to the panel of Trustees for the Youngstown Bankrutpcy Court in 1997. I represented various partnerships in the Cardinal Industries chain in chapter 11 filings. I have also successfully obtained three confirmed chapter 11 plans in my three chapter 11 cases filed in Youngstown.
