Ted concentrates in school law, local government law, public and private sector employment law, and real estate law (including condominiums).
Ted actively serves the Ohio State Bar Association as a member of its Board of Governors (2008-11), formerly as a member of its Council of Delegates, and chair (2002-2006) of The Committee for an Independent Judiciary. He was the 2001-2002 President of the Mahoning County Bar Association and continues to serve as Trustee. He served as a member of The Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education.
