I hired this rip off after he told me he would fight my unlawful eviction attempt by my landlord and then file a lawsuit on my behalf if I gave him 40% of the winnings and paid to file the lawsuit which was $250 and wrapped into the total I hired him for. Well he then told me this and that, After we ...signed a contract he then changed his mind and said he would not file a lawsuit after we won the eviction and then refused to give me back my lawsuit filing charge and refused to answer my emails or give the money back. So now I am out the hiring fee and lawsuit filing fee for which he promised I would get fully compensated for having to fight this unlawful eviction. All were lies and he did not fulfill his promise. Oh and worst off he didn’t sign the contract on purpose only let me sign it so it could not be enforced by me in court.
