Professional and exceptional.

I have appointed Mr. Williams multiple times in the past, and couldn't have made a better choice. He has excellent communication as well as providing useful insights across the board. Thank you for being what you're best at, Bruce. And that would be not only being counsel, but a reasonable and honest... person.

Exceptional Service

Mr. Williams was great in dealing with my mother's case. She has been going through medical issues and Mr. Williams was extremely accommodating. Specifically, he always took our calls and provided detailed updates along the way. Ultimately, we were able to resolve the matter with a great result. ...I highly recommend Mr. Williams and his office if you are dealing with a criminal issue.

Absolutely, positively THE BEST

As a retired surgeon over the years I've been exposed to many lawyers; with few exceptions most left me questioning their intelligence & their competence. However, with Bruce Williams this is not the case. He comes across as a folksy country gent with a big smile and a friendly, low-key demeanor. The...re is no arrogance; no attitude; talking with him is pleasant, like talking to a family friend. But fear not; like Peter Falk in the Columbo television series; he knows exactly what he's doing and what he can do. He is very intelligent attorney and well respected in the Columbiana County legal system, the local judges are fond of him and he's now the president of the county legal society. I've had more than one judge scold me from the bench with "I don't like you and I'd love to throw the book at you; but... I like your lawyer - CASE DISMISSED". In a recent injury case where my wife & I were run down by a dump truck we were expecting $100-150,000; Bruce got us an out-of-court settlement for $350,000. Need I say more? When you need an attorney, Bruce is the one; you cannot get better.

Client Commitment Leads to Victory

In late 2008, I hired Mr. Bruce Williams to represent me in a Divorce/Custody motion in Salem, Ohio. He was consistant in updating me with the progress step-by-step and is extremely aggressive in the court room. Not only did he deliver the results I was aiming for, but he went above and beyond to e...nsure my children and I were taken care of. Mr. Williams delivers well beyond a clients expectations. He his very honest with his clients and has no fear against his contenders. If I had to choose an attorney to represent me in his area of expertise, I would feel extremely privileged and honored to re-hire Mr. Williams again.

Save yourself time and money, avoid Bruce Williams

The plea bargain he had me sign, in an rush, without giving me time to think it over, was a horrendous deal. I was ambushed with an undesirable deal minutes before court, which was very emotionally chaotic and unprofessional. I would have appreciated a meeting about this beforehand, or being given ti...me to think about what I was signing, instead of being urged to sign something I was extremely unhappy about. Now I'm out a considerable amount of money for no reason but to line this guy's pockets. Please don't make the same mistake I did, as I don't feel he fought as hard enough for me as he assured me he would.

I regret anyone would feel this way. I would never resolve a case without the client fully understanding all their alternatives including trial and making the decision for themselves. The decision is always the clients. Especially when their parents are helping at court. If a client indicates any hesitation- the case goes to trial. Courts and Judges also go to great pains to be sure any defendant who proceeds does so knowingly and voluntarily for precisely this reason.
