My client was involved in a 1 car accident, blood was drawn and showed a .268 blood/alcohol reading. A hearing was held on the admissibility of the blood test, and the Court threw it out. My client p ... led to failing to control his vehicle and paid a small fine. Also, my clients license suspension was terminated, and he did not have to pay the reinstatement fee to the Court.
